My career in mechanical engineering began in 1998 as a polymechanic technician. After completing my training, I gained invaluable experience as an international Field Service Engineer for several Swiss companies. My primary focus has always been to quickly restore systems to full functionality and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring efficient production for my clients.

Several years ago, I transitioned into quality management, driven by my passion for problem-solving. I recognized that many organizational processes could be optimized, and I leveraged my expertise to identify and rectify inefficiencies. With a professional bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in International Management, I have built a robust foundation in process optimization. With over 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping businesses streamline their operations and drive growth, bringing a deep understanding of problem-solving and process improvement to every project.

About 2M

2M was founded during a dinner with a close friend who runs an international trading business in Switzerland. As his company sought ISO 9001 certification to facilitate growth, he faced uncertainty about the next steps. This pivotal moment inspired the creation of 2M. Within just four months, and with the unwavering support of his team, we developed a comprehensive “greenfield” management system that successfully passed certification without any deviations. This experience marked the beginning of 2M, and since then, we have continued to maintain the management system, lead future audits, and ensure ongoing compliance with the latest standards.
